Contribution rules
- I am a U.S. citizen or lawfully admitted permanent resident (i.e., green card holder).
- This contribution is made from my own funds, and funds are not being provided to me by another person or entity for the purpose of making this contribution.
- I am at least eighteen years old.
- I am not a federal contractor.
- I am making this contribution with my own personal credit card and not with a corporate or business credit card or a card issued to another person.
Contributions or gifts to DLCC PAC are not tax deductible. Your contribution will go to DLCC PAC and is subject to the restrictions and limitations of federal law.

Federal law requires us to use our best efforts to collect and report the name, mailing address, occupation, and the name of employer for individuals whose contributions exceed $200 in a calendar year. DLCC PAC accepts contributions of up to $5,000 per calendar year from individuals and other federally permissible sources. DLCC PAC does not accept contributions corporations, labor organizations, foreign nationals, federal contractors, or national banks.
You may contribute up to $5,000 per calendar year to DLCC PAC’s Contribution Account. You may contribute an unlimited amount to DLCC PAC’s Noncontribution Account. By contributing through this form, you agree that the first $5,000 of your contribution will be deposited in DLCC PAC’s Contribution Account and the remainder will be deposited into DLCC PAC’s Noncontribution Account. You may also designate a different allocation formula by contacting contributions@dlcc.org. You also agree that this allocation formula may change if following it would result in an excessive contribution to the Contribution Account.
